Refund & Return Policy

At House of Zayra, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns Eligibility
We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • Item received is damaged or defective
  • Incorrect item received

We do not accept returns for change of mind, size issues, or slight color variations due to photography.

Return Request
Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item by email or WhatsApp with clear pictures of the issue.

Refund Process
Once the return is approved and the item is received, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method.
